56th Independent Day

In conjunction of the Independent Day this coming Saturday, media has given a wide coverage to enhance public awareness on the Malaysia's independence history, inclusive movies, songs, public campaigns, etc.

In year 2013, Malaysia will celebrate its Independent Day for the 56th with the theme " Malaysiaku Berdaulat, Tanah Tumpah Darahku". It is hope the theme will will encourage us, the Malaysian celebrate the day with nationalism spirit, unity and deep love towards the country, as much as the flagship of"Jalur Gemilang".

2013 Malaysian Independent Day's logo has been chosen in line with the 56th years of the celebration. Bsically, it is the number "56" that being creatively put with the color of national flag, Jalur Gemilang. Its is said that the color in the logo represent symbolic defination, such as white represent multi racial Malaysian that is hope to bring harmony and unity whilst the crescent moon and star defined as the independent of royal kingdom.

I was actually touched by one the national song that payed by media. It was actually a song by Sudirman called "Warisan".

Indeed, I miss the moment

Don't you bring me down today

It has been a long time that I abandon this blog. Not that I forgotten about it, but I find so hard to get spare time writing, well.. Just say that my work consume me more that what it suppose to. Nevertheless, those are excuses. The truth is, so much happen in my life in instance, part of it had impact me personally.

How should I word those incidences? Hmm.. Its kind of weird to put it into words. Let me begin with my work. Like usual, the workload could never make me worry, not that I tried to be corky, its just, I had been in worse situation before, thus these is nothing compared to those time. But again, as you grew senior, given a task to coaches’ younger staffs, it may be advantage or disadvantage, depending on situation. It’s a great exposure with a great responsibility. To recall my ex-boss, Mr Zulkifly said to me, ”human management is not easy”. And believe me, it wasn’t. It’s a mix between a choice of decision together with emotion   management, patient and determination. Its lucky if you are given a well mannered-good staffs, but if its opposing the situation, well.. You have to find a way deal with them in a very best way. Like the motto, “handle with care”. In my case, situation isn’t going well. The other staff is just nice, easy to deal with, but the other one, seriously push my patient to the limit. I think she just can’t bear getting coaches from me. But I was really lucky. Really I am. Although I get into troubles managing the human factor, I was in real luck. I had a great superior, my boss. He always in my side no matter what, I guess he know my capabilities. Did I ever mention that I had a bad time with my co-colleagues too? They thought I was overshadowing my boss, in relation to the decision and putting things in place.  There is one time, they tried pushing me to the limit until I could not stand it anymore, but again, my superior was there saving me from the evil words that they said. Days and days I was thinking why they react like that? They leave their professionalism behind and act like a dumb kind. Am I threatened to them? To be honest, I am nothing compared to them, just a small fish in a pond. Pretty much odd when they feel threatened with me when we know they are much senior than me, not to mentioned higher ranking too.

I could not deny, this has given a negative impact to my self esteem. I kind of lose my confidence once. I had a tough time on adjusting myself back to the quadrant. It is taking me days to get me back in trail. But somehow, I back with motivation. I am back with confidence that they could never strike again. I know what I’m doing, and I done it correct by rules and laws. Let they be whatever they want, throw me the ball in any way, you bet, I am ready to take the heat.

But again, we could never guess what will happen, when we deal with human factor, right? Nevertheless, this reminds me to the core value, self esteem and morality that one should have in life of a career. For me, its how we look at our self that portrays what we are, as much confidence we have in our self, and as long as we know what we are doing, it shall never prevail the fear factor inside us. We are what we thinking of, no matter what they said. (Isn’t this sound like Christina Aguilera’s song?)

This is a song or we called it nasyid that being so popular at that time. Yes, this is the kind of song that we sang in school. With dessert rhyme, acapalo  (not remembered what does it sound), we had a great song writer in school. I remembered that my time, there were Abang Fiza Rahman, Farid Khalid etc. They are so famous in composing the songs, and it was really nice. Me myself also been involving in singing the song, what unbelievable, right?

I found this song when I read Versus by Hlovate. Yes I was really inspired by Hlovate’s writing. Her writing was not only a story but it full of good teachings. This Versus story was about a love between two skaters which both of them turn to the His way but at the same time not turning back from the scene. It is a love story that inspires me. How His teaching could really care on what we call a relationship. It is a purely love, relationship that is built towards His path, and I hope one day, it’s the same love and relationship that going to be happen with me.

This song is listening by AO when he is having a doubt of whether he is taking the correct way by marrying Min. It‘s the song that AO listen the night before they have their solemnization. It’s the song that makes AO convinced that Min is the best for him, it’s the right choice, and Min is really the best for him.

Goodbye

Today is my last day in Ingress. Though it is hard to say goodbye, but I realised that life has to move on. I need to have changes for my own good. I need to have a new exposure so that I could learn more. I need a room for improvement. I was reluctant in the first place. I had very good colleagues here. Not really colleagues, they are more like families to me. Gosh, I’ll be missing them (seriously, I’m writing with my tears dropping non stop). I’m now starting missing them though it just a few hours back home. I miss my little sister, Nana, my best mate, Baby, my sweet big sis, Farrah. Wonder will I get the same feels there in new place? It’s a difficult decision that I have to do for my future. It’s the hardest choice I have to bear, gambling is what I do.

Nana, I’ll be missing all those things we had done together. I’m enjoying all the time we spent, the gossip we shared, the care you had given to me. It is something that I really valued. Thank you for being there. Don’t be sad okay, no matter what, wherever I go, you still have me. You are still my little sister.

Baby, I’m enjoying the time spent with you. Like the most whenever you talk about Ariq, seriously, feel good, especially when I was stress with that office stuff. Remember, be yourself, ignored what people said, as long as you are happy, its enough for you. And, didn’t I told you I really like your hair with the hair band? My big sister, Farrah. Many thank you taking care of me all these days. I’m enjoying working and gossiping with you.
